Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead our organic and paid marketing efforts, driving growth through a mix of PPC, programmatic advertising, SEO, social media, and email marketing. The ideal candidate should have a deep analytical mindset, demonstrating the ability to dive into granular data insights, set up and analyse complex tracking through Google Tag Manager (GTM), and implement conversion-driven strategies. You will collaborate closely with both the U.S. and Indian teams, ensuring seamless campaign execution and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Marketing Management:
- Develop, execute, and optimize high-budget PPC campaigns across Google, Bing, and other platforms, focusing on shopping, search, display, and programmatic ads.
- Manage retargeting initiatives through social media, content networks, and email lists to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Leverage Google Tag Manager for advanced tracking, event management, and enhanced analytics, enabling granular insights into user behaviour and campaign performance.
- Perform advanced keyword research and implement dynamic bidding strategies based on devices, locations, and demographics.
- Utilize data from Google Analytics, GTM, and other analytics tools to refine targeting and enhance campaign precision.
- Maintain and optimize paid search budgets to maximize ROI while controlling cost-per-acquisition.
- Conduct detailed daily account management tasks, including:
- Pausing underperforming keywords and ad sets.
- Monitoring ad spend and budget compliance.
- Enhancing Quality Scores, impression shares, and other KPIs.
- Generate in-depth reports with actionable insights on campaign performance, highlighting opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Implement data-driven strategies by analyzing performance metrics at a granular level, moving beyond high-level metrics to make informed tactical adjustments.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, testing new strategies and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Organic Marketing Management:
- Develop robust SEO strategies to enhance search engine rankings and increase organic website traffic.
- Conduct regular keyword analysis for on-page and off-page optimization, ensuring alignment across all digital content.
- Oversee content marketing initiatives, collaborating with content creators to produce valuable, SEO-friendly content, including blogs, articles, and web updates.
- Lead social media strategy, creating innovative and engaging campaigns that grow followers and drive organic engagement.
- Monitor and analyze organic performance metrics, adjusting strategies to enhance visibility and traffic.
- Use tools like GTM and analytics platforms to measure content performance and refine organic strategies.
- Keep updated on SEO best practices, algorithm changes, and social media trends to refine and improve organic marketing approaches.
Desired Experience & Skills
- Proven Experience: 7+ years in digital marketing with a focus on e-commerce, specifically in the U.S. market. Experience in the promotional products or related industry is a plus.
- Analytical Proficiency: Expertise in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools to track, analyze, and report campaign performance at a granular level.
- Paid Advertising Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing and scaling PPC and programmatic advertising campaigns with substantial budgets.
- Organic Growth Skills: In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, content marketing strategies, and social media management.
- Tool Proficiency: Mastery of platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing software.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into executable, detail-oriented strategies.
- Creative & Strategic Thinking: Innovative approach to digital marketing, with a balance of creativity and analytical precision.
